產品描述：

表層采用鉑金矽膠包覆，中（zhōng）間（jiān）采用（yòng）加強SS304不鏽鋼絲編織PTFE組合而成。廣泛的應（yīng）用（yòng）於通過食（shí）品，醫藥（yào）及化妝用品，生物（wù）工程的（de）液體和半流體。

標準長度為20米每卷（juàn），同時我們也可以根據客（kè）戶的要求生產規定的尺寸和長度，膠（jiāo）管產品通過美國FDA級和USP Class VI和德國BFR認（rèn）證。

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +220ºC 在短時間內可達到 260ºC 

——具有很好耐強酸和強堿性能，有極（jí）好的化學穩定性。可以耐高（gāo）壓，內壁有（yǒu）具有很好耐磨性。

——具（jù）有很（hěn）好彎（wān）曲性，內（nèi）壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗後不（bú）附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒（dú），不含任何塑（sù）化劑（jì）和添（tiān）加劑成分。完全符合（hé）食品FDA和生物醫用級（jí）USP VI的要求。

Product description:

The surface layer is covered with platinum silicone and the middle layer is made of reinforced SS304 stainless steel wire woven braiding and PTFE.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +220 degrees Celsius and can reach 260 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-Strong resistance of acid and alkali, excellent chemical stability, good resistance of high pressure and the inner wall has a very good abrasion performance.

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-The outer layer material is usually the milky white platinum vulcanized silicone. And the color of outer layer can be customized according to the customer's need.
