使用範圍：

食品加工行業、製藥行業、割草（cǎo）機和掃地清潔車等需要耐黴菌和耐（nài）水解的應用。可用於油脂類食品的輸（shū）送。

特性：聚（jù）醚型聚（jù）氨酯軟管, 帶有（yǒu）PU覆蓋層的螺旋狀鍍鋅鋼絲加強筋。

內壁平滑以保證物料在管內流動順暢。壁厚均為1.5毫米.耐黴菌、耐水解。具（jù）有優異的（de）耐臭氧和耐候性

能。該軟管無毒、無味、不含鹵素，符合RoHS環（huán）保指令的要求。

螺（luó）旋鋼絲接地（dì）可（kě）以排靜電，符合TRB S 2153的規定。阻燃度符合（hé）UL 94 HB標準。

顏色：透明，帶有PU覆蓋層的螺旋狀鍍鋅鋼絲（sī）加（jiā）強（qiáng）

溫度：-40℃/+ 90℃（短時間可（kě）耐受125℃）

認證：FDA, EU10/2011

Scope of application:

food processing industry, pharmaceutical industry,

lawn mower and sweeping vehicles and so on, in which mildew resistance and hydrolysis resistance are required.it can be used for the transportation of grease foods.

Characteristics:

polyether type polyurethane hose with PU coating spiral galvanized steel wire reinforcement.Smooth inner wall to ensure the smooth flow of material in the pipe.

Wall thickness is 1.5 mm. Mildew resistance, hydrolysis resistance.

Excellent oxidation resistance and weather resistance.

Non-toxic, tasteless, non halogen, in compliance with the RoHS environmental directive requirement.

Spiral steel wire can be sued to release the static electricity after grounding and it is in compliance with the rules of TRB S 2153 regulations. flame retardancy conforms to the UL 94 HB standard.

Color: transparent, with PU coating spiral galvanized steel wire reinforcement.

Temperature: -40 degrees C + 90 (a short time can withstand 125 degree C)
