注:1.標準生產長度為6米（特殊可訂做（zuò）10米）。可以做切短。其它的內徑要求可以根據客戶的要求來訂製。

   2.在我們在（zài）參數表（biǎo）中測試是依照常溫，標準大氣壓狀態。當壓力不變時，溫度每上升幅度（dù）100度，壓力會下降15%。

REMARKS: 

1, Standard length is 6 meters and we can customize the hose length according to customers' needs.

2, The test in the parameter list is in accordance with the normal temperature and the standard atmospheric pressure state. 

When the pressure is constant, the temperature rise by 100 degrees, the pressure will drop by 15%.

特別推薦用於運輸或（huò）輸送（sòng）彎曲性較大的工作場合，內層光滑，不（bú）會變形，適合輸送各類乳（rǔ）類製品，並有較好的（de）減震（zhèn）性能（néng）。同時（shí）可（kě）以應用於機械運動頻率高（gāo）場合。      

產品結構：   

編（biān）織：三層夾布網（wǎng）紋編織   

鋼絲：采用單（dān）層304不（bú）鏽鋼絲（sī），間（jiān）距為（wéi）10MM   

外（wài）觀：外表波紋狀，內壁平滑，如鏡麵（miàn）。顏色可以定製如（rú）圖。   

產品特性：   

——工（gōng）作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短時間內（nèi）可達到  220ºC (392ºF)   

——具有（yǒu）很好彎曲性，內壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗物清洗（xǐ）後不附著（zhe）任何殘（cán）留（liú）物（wù），可采（cǎi）用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌（jun1）

——無嗅、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑化劑和添加劑成分。完全符合食（shí）品FDA和生物醫用級USP的要求。   

配套接頭：   

TC接頭（直通快（kuài）速接頭316L），SMS接頭，DIN快接（jiē），CLAMP，CLOCK，J螺紋接頭，等材質為304或316L任客戶挑選。

——鉑金矽膠（jiāo）軟管通過美國FDA 21 CFR 177.2600(食品和藥物管理局)食品級認證。   

——鉑金矽膠軟管通（tōng）過（guò）德國FDA/BfR零件 XV標準認證和LFBG和BGVV標準（zhǔn）認證。   

——鉑金矽膠軟管符合通過美國醫用USP Class VI級標準認證。   

——鉑金矽膠管依照歐（ōu）盟指令2008/95 / ECC的限製使用某（mǒu）些有害物質(RoHS)認可。

Product application:

Specially recommended for transportation and deliverying in working circumstances, which needs the greater bend of the hose, 

the inner layer is smooth without deformation.Suitable for conveying all kinds of dairy products, 

and has a better shock absorption properties. At the same time, it can be applied to high mechanical frequency occasions.

Product structure:

Weaving: 3 layers of cloth woven mesh

Steel wire: using single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 10mm

Appearance: corrugated outside, smooth inner surface like mirror

color: custom made according to customer's request.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius (or -76 to +356 degrees Fahrenheit) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius (or 392 degree Fahrenheit) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade USP.
