產品描述：

表層（céng）采用鉑金矽膠包（bāo）覆，中間（jiān）采用加強SS304不鏽鋼絲編（biān）織PTFE組（zǔ）合（hé）而成。廣泛的應用（yòng）於通過食品，醫藥及化妝用品，生物工程（chéng）的液體和半（bàn）流體。

標準長度為20米每卷，同時我們也可以根（gēn）據客戶的要求（qiú）生產規（guī）定的尺寸和長度，膠管產品通過美國FDA級和（hé）USP Class VI和（hé）德國（guó）BFR認證。

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +220ºC 在（zài）短時間內（nèi）可達到（dào） 260ºC 

——具有很（hěn）好耐強酸（suān）和強堿性能，有極好的化學穩定（dìng）性。可以耐高壓，內壁有具有很好耐磨性。

——具有很好彎（wān）曲性，內（nèi）壁光滑清潔，易清洗不粘水，用清洗（xǐ）物（wù）清洗後不附著任何殘留物，可采用高溫高壓蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅（xiù）、無味,完全無毒，不含任何塑（sù）化劑和添（tiān）加劑成分。完（wán）全符合食（shí）品FDA和（hé）生物醫用級USP VI的要（yào）求。

——這些管通（tōng）常是外層為乳白色鉑金硫化矽（guī）膠。我們（men）也可根據客戶所（suǒ）需顏色來訂製（zhì）外層。

Product description:

The surface layer is covered with platinum silicone and the middle layer is made of reinforced SS304 stainless steel wire woven braiding and PTFE.

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range of -60 to +220 degrees Celsius and can reach 260 degrees Celsius in a short period of time

-Strong resistance of acid and alkali, excellent chemical stability, good resistance of high pressure and the inner wall has a very good abrasion performance.

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-Odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, does not contain any additives and plasticizer. Fully comply with the requirements of food FDA and biological medical grade VI USP.

-The outer layer material is usually the milky white platinum vulcanized silicone. And the color of outer layer can be customized according to the customer's need.
