產（chǎn）品應用：

推薦用於（yú）製藥行業（yè）及美容化妝行業液體，固體，粉體的輸送.在食品行（háng）業用於食用油，醋類的輸送，也可以用輸送葡萄酒，酒精度於一半的白酒輸（shū）送。

透（tòu）明帶不鏽鋼絲矽膠軟管，內外（wài）壁平滑，可以（yǐ）使物料（liào）流通順暢（chàng），

產品結構：

編織：無任何織物層。全透明狀態

鋼絲：采用單層304不鏽鋼絲，間距為（wéi）5MM

產品特（tè）性：

——工作溫度範圍‘-60ºC / +180ºC (-76ºF / +356ºF)在短時間內可達（dá）到  220ºC (392ºF)

——具有很好（hǎo）彎曲性，透明度（dù）好，可（kě）采用（yòng）高溫蒸汽消毒和滅菌。

——無嗅、無味,完（wán）全無毒（dú），，且矽膠更加環保性好，耐（nài）用。

——產品經過高溫180ºC*4小（xiǎo）時高溫硫化後，不分產生任何（hé）分解物，承正（zhèng）負壓能力強，具體參考數據表（biǎo）。

——這些管通常是（shì）高透明的，可以看到流體通（tōng）過時動向。

——可以配（pèi）套316L食品衛生級快速接頭SMS，3A，快速接頭。

Product application:

Recommended for delivering the liquid or solid or powder in the pharmaceutical industry and beauty cosmetics industry and delivering edible oil and vinegar in the food industry. It also can be used to deliver wine and liquor with 50% alcohol degree.the transparent stainless steel wire silicone hoses have the smooth inner and outer wall and can make the material flow smoothly.

Product structure:

Weave: without any fabric layers. All transparent state

Steel wire: a single layer of 304 stainless steel wire, the spacing is 5mm

Product characteristics:

-The working temperature range: -60 to +180 degrees Celsius(-76ºF / +356ºF) and it can reach 220 degrees Celsius(392ºF) in a short period of time

-With a good bend, the inner wall is smooth and clean, easy to be washed, no water sticking, 

After cleaned by cleaning materials, no residue remained. The steam disinfection and sterilization can be done under high temperature and high pressure.

-No smell, tasteless, non-toxic, durable. Our hose can replace the PU hoses in the market because the silicone materials are more Eco-friendly and more durable.

-Product will not produce any decomposition after high temperature of 180 degrees Celsius * 4 hours of high temperature Vulcanization with strong bearing capacity of negative and positive pressure.

-These hoses are usually highly transparent and the movement of fluid can be observed. The color of hose can be customized according to customer’s needs.

-the hoses can be equipped with 316L food sanitary grade SMS or 3A quick connectors.
